I3A Could Reward Your Innovation at Imaging Innovation ‘09 – if you act quicklydeadline July 1

I3A provides new and exciting opportunities and technology presentations at its Annual Conferences.  At Imaging Innovation ‘08, attendees praised our one-of-a-kind Live Consumer Panel.  In 2009 I3A launched a pivotal new program, the VISION 2020 Imaging Innovation Awards.

ACT NOW TO TAKE CENTER STAGE AND PRESENT YOUR INNOVATION

ENTRY DEADLINE IS JULY 1ST

I3A’s VISION 2020 Imaging Innovation Awards have been developed as a way to promote and provide exposure for innovative ideas that enable the use of imaging to simplify and enrich people’s lives through visual experiences that connect generations, communities, information and services.  If you are a creative thinker, tell us about your innovation!

I3A envisions a future where images are increasingly used to enhance communication and quality of life in ways that are woven seamlessly and effortlessly throughout our daily lives. The goal of this project is to stimulate and promote progress towards this vision and to highlight the importance and unique opportunities rooted in the human visual experience.

VISION 2020 Imaging Innovation Awards will be given to individuals, teams, organizations or companies whose product or service innovations enable the future vision. All entries must be imaging-related, but a broad view of imaging can be used. Submissions may come from areas such as capture, storage, sharing, image management, processing or printing, just to name a few. Entries from any part of the product life cycle (i.e., development, early market introduction, established product, etc.) are eligible.

Awards will be given for Gold, Silver and Bronze winners. Judges are an independent panel of industry leaders and influencers, including Christopher Chute, IDC; Philippe Kahn, Fullpower; Mark Kalow, Soquel Group; and George Schaub, Shutterbug.

The winning innovations will be announced at the I3A Annual Conference in November 2009, and the winners will be invited to present their innovations to the high-powered industry audience at the event. Winning innovations will also be publicized to the media and to the public.

For further details and to submit an entry, please visit the I3A Web site.

Don’t delay in taking advantage of this opportunity: the deadline for entries is July 1st
